I Need to Get New Car Insurance
April 29th, 2012I am a freshman at Duke. I just learned that I can not get a license here without having insurance and I do not have any right now. I got caught driving a car I borrowed from dorm roommate and they let me off with a warning since they believe I was ignorant of the law. I am guessing the state patrolman was just not interested in doing the paperwork on such a charge. He probably hoped I was more dangerous.
